My clumsiest dear

Be with me, darling, early and late. Smash glasses--
I will study wry music for your sake.
For should your hands drop white and empty
All the toys of the world would break.

I have always loved this poem -- do you really think it's bad? I know it's not GREAT, but I would say it is good.....and if my opinion isn't enough, it's included in SOUND & SENSE and not as an example of bad poetry.

Anyway I have always liked it--all of it.
